Siddharth Goel

Siddharth is a serial entrepreneur and iKen Solutions is the 3rd company that he has been involved with (Cellent Technologies and Start Enterprises being the previous two). Here, he looks after steering iKen's strategic positioning vis-a-vis competition and ensuring operational efficiency while serving clients.
Backed with a Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, he has also worked with Goldman Sachs and Diamond Cluster International in the United States.

Dr. Rajendra Sonar

Dr. Sonar is a Professor of Information Technology at SJM School of Management, IIT Bombay. At IIT Bombay, he teaches courses on Information systems and technology to aspiring and budding managers. He has earned bachelor and master's degree in computer science and a Ph.D. in Hybrid Artificial Intelligence from Pune University, India.
His research for the last decade has been hybrid artificial intelligence and the outcome has been a state-of-the-art hybrid AI-framework called iKen Studio: for on-the-fly, agile, adaptive and operational intelligence.
He has extensive software development experience on Microsoft plat-form, Oracle, productivity and analytical tools.

Ashwin Raguraman

At the India Innovation Fund, Ashwin Raguraman is responsible for initiating deal flows, fundraising, evaluating start-ups for investment and supporting portfolio companies in the technology sector.
In his earlier role at NASSCOM, Ashwin played an instrumental role in the creation of the India Innovation Fund. He managed the Innovation Initiative at NASSCOM and was entrusted with a mandate to increase innovation in the India Information Technology Industry. He was responsible for the creation of a Special Interest Group on Embedded Systems and an Auto Component-Information Technology cluster. He also lead the NASSCOM Innovation Awards program, which recognized the most innovative companies in the ICT sector.
Ashwin has earlier played business and operational roles at Wipro Technologies and Maersk, Singapore.
Ashwin has been a member of a Government committee, the SIP-EIT committee to evaluate start-ups for providing funding for International patent and the CII committee on Security and Imaging.
By education, he holds degrees in Mechanical and marine Engineering and a masters in business studies.

Sharad Sharma

He was the CEO of Yahoo! India R&D and was responsible for emerging markets engineering and several key global products. His 23+ yrs of experience in internet, software and wireless sectors involves a turnaround (of VERITAS India ops), a startup (now part of Cisco), and an intrapreneurial setup of AT&T/Lucent’s R&D in India.
He is an evangelist for developing technology product businesses in India and participates in efforts to nurture the supporting ecosystem. He chairs the NASSCOM Product Forum, actively mentors startups, and speaks frequently on industry issues.
